 Exchange Policy

Returns

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days, during which time we need to be notified of the return and the item shipped to our store.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it with all tags attached.

Exchanges 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming your return.

If you are approved, the exchange will be processed.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or exchanged for a similar item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs on the return item (unless the item is defective) 

We will ship the replacement item at no charge.

If you are shipping an item over R1000 you should use a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
